CMI was engaged and worked tightly with the customer to set and execute a plan to resolve the situation. 2 years later, instead of a cost increase, the project delivered a modernized platform, a foot-print reduction in excess of 60% and the biggest single saving the customer had ever seen in this part of their operations.
